Academics
Many professors are really helpful and well qualified and they are also very good at explaining things, the professors and faculties are very supportive and approachable.
Tripura University is a decent university.
College Infra
College infrastructure is good the classroom, campus, living space, balcony, are clean but washroom and toilets are not regularly cleaned.
Library is also good filled with books, the campus has several academic buildings. many departments are equipped with smart classrooms.
Campus Life
campus life at Tripura University is actually pretty chill and peaceful
students can take part in different activities like cultural fest, sports, events, seminars, and departmental functions. there are also clubs for music, art, and debate, though they could be more active.
Placements
honestly the placement at Tripura University are okay but not that great.
most placement depend on your department and your own skills, a few local companies and startups come for campus drives, but the packages are usually on the lower side.
Value For Money
I'd say Tripura University is quite affordable compared to many private universities
The fees are reasonable and the education quality is decent for the amount you pay.
If you're looking for budget friendly universities with a recognised degree then this university is perfect.

M.Sc Botany - Batch of 2027-01-01
Academics
My overall experience in college has been really good. The teachers are helpful and explain the concepts clearly, making to easier to understand even difficult topics. The classes are well-organized, and the teaching methods are interactive and engaging.
College Infra
The college building is very good. Class room also clean , the campus has wifi connection. The library is also good. Hostel facility are decent and clean.
I will rate 5 because the infrastructure supports both academic and extracurricular activities.
Campus Life
Life on campus is lovely and diverse students engage in various activities such as cultural events, sports, workshop, and student clubs, which foster creativity, teamwork and leadership skills
Personally I love the people here.
Placements
This college was my first college

The teacher are also good but not all
In my department, botany
Overall the college provides a positive and motivating atmosphere for students to grow both academically and personally
Value For Money
Actually the fee is really really low,
I would say the botany department at Tripura University does offer good value for money, especially if

Academics
Institution concentrates most of its efforts in te field of academics. Highly qualified faculties, dedicated laboratories, smart classes are the integral part of knowldege transfer. Futuristic vision along with traditional methods are mingled for advance learning.
College Infra
The infrastructure of the institution is commendable. Multiple multi storeyed dedicated buildings, computer laboratories, gigantic library with humongous collection of books. Inter universty bus service is also avaible.
Campus Life
It has a ragging free campus. Solar park and 2 hugeclakes are there inside the campus. Cooperative faculties, helpful staffs and frindly seniors make our learning process better. University has it's own orange garden and banana garden.
Placements
Along with general courses TU offers various professional and vocational courses. In the field of professional and vocational courses there is a high rate of placement compared to general courses. It also signed MoU with various other coaching institution to provide coaching inside the campus.
Value For Money
Being a central university the fees and other related expenses are nominal. Yes it is value for money. Even abroad students find the fee structure resonable compared to other institution situated nearby.
