48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Tripura University, Suryamaninagar.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate must pass in H.S.(+2 stage) Exam or equivalent with at least four subjects from a recognized board with 45% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics for General candidates. For SC and ST candidates percentage of marks in aggregate is relaxed to 40%. An applicant must have been qualified through the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) for the respective year of admission. The applicant must be duly nominated by the TBJEE / Director of Higher Education, Government of Tripura.
The Candidates must have passed a Diploma in Engineering / Technology from any recognized Board/Council/University with a minimum of 45% marks for Unreserved& 40% marks for reserved categories for admission to the 3rd semester B.TECH Program as a lateral entrant.
