The PGDM-HRM programme offered at MDI is designed to mentor holistic business managers. The course is designed and reviewed by faculty and industry members continuously to ensure a rich academia-industry blend. The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India and recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to an MBA degree awarded by an Indian University.

Eligibility Criteria

At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 3 years duration for PGDM, PGDM-HRM & PGDM-Business Analytics (Minimum 4 years duration for PGDM-IB), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University recognized by the AICTE/AIU/ Ministry of HRD, Government of India1.
• Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June, 2025 can also apply to the PGDM, PGDM-HRM and PGDM-Business Analytics programmes, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 31st October, 2025.

Admission Details

The combined online application form for MDI Gurgaon (PGDM/PGDM-HRM/PGDM-IB/PGDM-Business Analytics) & MDI Murshidabad (PGDM) shall be available on the MDI Gurgaon website https://www.mdi.ac.in/ with necessary instructions.
• Online registration will be open from Wednesday, 25th September 2024, till Friday, November 22, 2024, at 17:00 hrs.
• Candidates have to make an online payment of Rs. 3,000 (INR three thousand only) inclusive of 18% GST irrespective of the number of programmes they apply for.
• Candidates applying for both MDI-G and MDI-M have to make an online payment of Rs. 3,590 (INR three thousand five hundred ninety only) inclusive of 18% GST.
• NRI Candidates for MDI Gurgaon and Foreign Nationals/ Gulf Quota/ OCI candidates for MDI Murshidabad will have to make an online payment of Rs. 8,496 (INR eight thousand four hundred ninety-six only) inclusive of 18% GST.

Best college infrastructure I have ever seen. It has everything a student requires on campus. The classes are highly functional and have all the latest technologies. The food outlests are open almost whole day.

If you are in MDI then you can work at any place.

College Infrastructure

We have an amazing library. The classrooms are modern and spacious (Lakshya building only). Women's hostels are 50 years old and not up to the mark, but new hostels are being built so that is a plus.
