The programme is accredited by AMBA, the Association of MBAs (UK). It focuses on developing leaders who will excel in the rapidly changing business environment, become agents of change and be charged with a customer centric orientation.

MDI pioneered the full-time Executive Graduate Program in Management in 1987 named Post Graduate Diploma in Management (National Management Programme) - PGDM (NMP).
The revised duration and nomenclature of the programme is 18-month Post Graduate Programme in Management – Business Management.
The PGDM-BM focuses on developing visionary leaders for the rapidly changing business environment. The focus of the program is to build skills and competencies necessary to lead change. The PGDM-BM attracts talents from diverse industries, cultures and geographies
Unique aspects of the programme include a 2-week National Immersion module and 3-days Experiential Learning module on Leadership Competency Development.

Eligibility Criteria

The Applicants must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
The Applicants must have minimum 3-year Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of the Parliament or declared as deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 or possess and equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
A minimum of 4-year of post-qualification work experience as on 31st March 2027.
Applicant must complete minimum 4 years of full-time work experience as on March 31, 2027.
Relevant work experience after graduation will be considered. Internship/training/ project work which were a part of the curriculum will not be considered as work experience. Paid Internship after graduation will be considered.
Full time and paid article-ship as part of Chartered Accountancy will be considered as part of the work experience (only upon successful completion of Chartered Accountancy and with valid documentation for article-ship completion). Part time and/or unpaid article-ship will not be considered.
Applicants who are entrepreneurs or own ventures, need to submit documents like income tax returns, incorporation certificates, registration certificates, etc. as proof of work experience.

Admission Details

Accepted Exam Scores:Valid CAT/GMAT / XAT

The Applicants must have Common Admission Test (CAT) / GMAT /XATscore to be eligible for the admission to PGDM-BM 2027.Last 3 years scores of CAT & XAT 5 years scores of GMAT is applicable.

Shortlisting of Applicants for the selection process will be done on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their CAT or GMAT or XAT scores. The Applicants would be shortlisted on the basis of their GMAT/CAT/XAT scores will be called for Personal Interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified by Email. Personal Interviews will be conducted in online mode. Interviews of shortlisted applicants will be conducted on a rolling basis.

College Infrastructure

College has state-of-the-art infrastructure, which has the right kind of learning and career development environment. The campus houses world-class classrooms, technologically advanced libraries with full-scale digital facilities, high-speed internet access, and research facilities. The hostel buildings are clean and well-maintained, equipped with comfort and relaxation amenities. The cafeteria, sports complex, and gymnasium also facilitate an equal way of life.

It was a different and unique experience for me.

The college infrastructure is good, it's iconic building is a treat to watch. Campus is surrounded by greenery for the morning and lights at night. Though recent construction has deteriorated a few aspects of it.
