Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) is a three-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Jai Hind College, Mumbai and affiliated to University of Mumbai, Mumbai.

The B.Sc. The program has seven courses each semester in the First Year. Along with a compulsory Foundation Course, there is a choice of the remaining courses from among the following combinations:

Physics – Chemistry – Mathematics
Physics – Chemistry – Botany
Physics – Chemistry – Life Sciences
Microbiology – Botany – Chemistry
Life Sciences – Botany – Chemistry

The Second Year includes in each semester one compulsory Foundation Course and the rest from a choice of two subjects amongst the three selected in the First Year. The Third Year gives the option of a Full Major with four courses each semester from either one of the two subjects opted for in the second year, along with a course on Applied Component. All courses including the Applied Component Course in the third year include a practical component

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate to be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree Program shall have passed XII Std. Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent from any other Board with at least 3 Science subjects.

Admission Details

Admission of students into the Autonomous Degree Program of the Institution is based on merit, the marks secured in the preceding Standard XII Examination of H.S.C. Board or its equivalent is the parameter unless otherwise prescribed.

The Infrastructure at Jai Hind College is good with a spacious campus and a foyer where students hang with their friends. The classrooms arev well equipped with modern facilities like smart TV and air conditioning.

College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure is very good with spacious classrooms and a good library. Being a heritage building, some areas feel old, but facilities are functional and suitable for academic needs. The campus is a good place to hangout with your friends.

College Infrastructure

The college is well known for its campus and infrastructure.Infact people are more comfortable in the foyer than inside the classroom building.The infrastructure is so good that people can hang out anywhere and share happiness and joy to each other.The college is well maintained and clean as well.Love it
