36 MonthsThe Faculty of Arts is as old as the college. It is an all-encompassing realm for the various subjects which fall under the Arts stream. The faculty through its various departments aims at broadening the horizon for students who wish to specialize in the various subjects offered by the college. The faculty deals with teaching students at the Junior as well as senior college level.
The B.A. The program has six courses in the First Year across Semester I & II which include:
Three compulsory courses
AND
Any three optional courses from among the following combinations
A candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std. XII) examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent from any other Board.
Admission of students into the Autonomous Degree Program of the Institution is based on merit, the marks secured in the preceding Standard XII Examination of H.S.C. Board or its equivalent, is the parameter unless otherwise prescribed.
It was not a residential college. Space was less but in the new building infrastructure was good. The old building was not so good. For the BA course at least infrastructure was really nice. Particularly if you take the college fee into account.
