Regular Students (GATE qualified): Candidates with valid GATE score and meeting the eligibility requirements. They are eligible for financial assistance as per the rules. Admission through CCMT.

Regular Students (Self-sponsored): These candidates will have to appear in the written test conducted by the Institute. They are not eligible for any financial assistance from the Institute.

Regular Students (Sponsored): Candidates who are permanently employed in reputed R&D organizations, companies associated with design and/or manufacturing of engineering products and reputed engineering colleges and polytechnics, may apply for the admission in under this category. The candidates for admission under this category will be required to apply through their employer.
