The infrastructure was great.Classes are all smart classes. The anatomy labs are fully equipped with microscopes real skeletal bones for studying the detail anatomy of human body. There was even a hall for feeding the poor called padheym. Also well equipped research centre’s.
The academics were mostly theoretical in my time rather than focusing on practical knowledge. There wasn’t enough patient rush in the hospital so few departments had lack of patients.Even the library wasn’t that well equipped like the books related to other deviations of medicine was not available example biophysics, etc
When I talk about placement’s in my college it was very poor neither hospitals nor pharmaceutical companies came for placements. As far as I can remember only a single company came but no one in the college got placed.
So in my opinion to grow in this field if your parents are already doctors then after graduation it’s easy to get job but in my case since I’m not from a doctor family it was quite a struggle to find a decent job right after graduation even the medical field. So in my opinion it was not worth the money.
To be honest college never felt like college it was more like a kindergarten the college faculty treated us like kids rather than grown ups who have their own opinions and can make decisions for themselves.
Hi there,
You didn't mention your category. Presuming it to be UR.
At your rank, your marks should range anywhere between 150 - 250. I want to tell you that at these marks it is quite difficult to get your desired college bt since you have state domicile you can consider applying but there are less chances to get it.
Please note that i am telling this keeping in mind the previous year cut off trends which vary each year depending on many factors like the seat matrix, the number of students applying and the highest marks achieved.
Kindly use our college predictor tool to get the suitable college within your rank: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope that helped...
Good Luck !!
