I think curriculum is not updated and is outdated. But still it has ability to make industry ready engineers. I chose information technology for getting a job in IT sector. Teaching quality varies with teachers.
Placements
Placement for information technology and Computer science is good but generally mass recruiters visit the campus. Companies which visits are TCS, infosys etc. average package is around 7 lpa and highest is 16 lpa.

The college focuses on both practical learning. We get assignments and lab sessions which help us prepare for exams and for our future jobs.

The college also provides placement training, which helps us improve our interview and communication skills.We get support for placements through workshops, aptitude training and career guidance. These activities help us feel more confident before we go for interviews.

I enjoyed my time on campus because the atmosphere is friendly and nice. We can participate in activities while also focusing on our studies. The campus has an atmosphere where we can learn have fun and participate in different clubs and activities. It makes our college life more memorable.

As I'm only a year into the program, I don't have firsthand placement experience yet, but from what I've observed so far, the placement scene looks decent. I'll be able to speak to this with more confidence closer to my final years.

What's made my time at SRM genuinely enjoyable so far is the extracurricular scene - I'm active in the theatre club, and it's been one of the best parts of college life here. Beyond academics, SRM offers a good platform to explore interests outside the classroom, which has made the transition into college life much more fun

I'm studying MBA and PGPM in ISSM and the teachers are the corporate peoples and they are well knowledged and the classes are based on case study and they will always teach you in the current trends in market and current affairs in the state and global to teach you in best ways

As of now I have finished my 1st year and entered into 2 nd year and till now I have completed 2 internship in company's with the guidance of placement team and I also got a 3rd intern in Tvs emerald which will be done in future days and here the placement and internships are always available and it's the students capability to grab the opportunity

The campus of the college is well neat and good and it will be separated in ALPHA, BETA and DELTA and there will be more space in the classrooms There is also an auditorium in both the campus which will be best in the college It is located in the main area and near by there is a hospital and hotels and every thing need for an emergency.

Best for the MBA and PGPM in Chennai and the placement package will be starting from 7 LPA and this college will train and make you into a new person in the end of 1st year and you will start to enjoy the college life in best way.

iam in second year now i feel like In my College there is a main canteen , in that all my frd sit and make memories. and some classrooms and college building are old and need better maintanece, so it can be improved . but some building are nice to see it.

As per my experience the professors are good , but i think there they will just focusing on to completeing the syllabus and there cant even try to know does the students are understanding or not .and at lab also the teachers is not teaching nice .its not correct .
