The infrastructure of the college is great, with essential facilities provided to the students, classes, multiple labs, library, with updated systems and WiFi for both theory and practical reasons for students
The curriculum is relevant and up to date supported by a well qualified faculty that is always helpful towards the students. Provides both a theory and practical way of learning a variety of relevant topics.
Placements are good with a lot of opportunities provided to the students throughout the final year, whether they are full time positions or internships in various fields catering to many students’ interests.

My college has 2 buildings, one is called the old building (OB) and the other one is the new building (NB). IT department is in the new building. The new builiding is a 11 storey building. classes and labs start from the 2nd floor. each floor has around 2-3 labs and 3 classrooms. Girl's washroom on the even floors and boy's washroom on the odd floors. Classrooms are big enough to fit 60 to 70 students at a time. The classrooms are air conditioned, each room has 2-3 Air conditioners andd 4 to 6 ceiling fans. Each class has a white board and digital white board as well. There are 2 to 3 laboratories on each floor, each lab has 40 to 50 computers. These are latest technology HP company computers, veryr smooth to use and help me making the learning easier. Thadomal Shahani Engineering college has no spprts centres or grounds. There is a student lounge in the college premises where the students can sit and study or have fun all day. Thadomal Shahani engineering college has one canteen and it is in the old building. The food is quite cheap and worth the money. Canteen has a lot of things in menu including both veg and non veg. There are 2 lifts in new building and 2 lifts in old building as well. All the places are cleaned timely leaving no dirt behind even the pcs are up to date with latest updates
I am currently pursuing bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. Since school i loved computer annd games, this made me want to learn about developing apps and become an app developer. The quality of teaching is amazing in Thadomal Shahani Engineering College. The faculty is amazing where all the teachers are well educated and hold a lot of degrees. Yes the curriculum is very well up to date and is set by the mumbai university. All the topics covered comprise of the new technology as well as the old technology. I cant really say if it makes you job ready as we need to prepare on our own as well. But yess to some extent it does prepare us for a decent job ready.
College placements quality has been amazing, for my batch as well as my senior's batch. Roughly around 70% to 85% of the students sitting for placements got placed. This year the highest package was offered by oracle which was 21 LPA. Students were selected from IT , Comps and AI & DS branch. Average salary offered was 5 to 6 lpa. yes the placement process was very easy and pleasant, we had nothing to worry about and were given plenty of time to study as our lectures were shifted to online mode so that students can sit home and prepare for placements.
Campus life is amazing, college has its fest called fiasca and shazam both are amazing and fun. There are multiple committees as well, which oragnize fun events.
My Vishwavidyalaya Engineering college infrastructure is average but acceptable. It is not very special, but basic facilities are available. Classrooms are okay and spacious. Library is decent and useful for study. WiFi is available but sometimes slow. Campus is clean and environment is good. Overall, the college infrastructure is fine for regular study and learning. And my collage hostel food is very good and clean.
The academics in my college are good and satisfactory. Teachers are supportive and explain topics in a simple way. Most of the faculty members are experienced and helpful. The syllabus is decent and covers important subjects. Regular classes, assignments, and exams help in understanding concepts better. Overall, academics are fine and useful for building basic knowledge and skills.
Placements in my college are very limited. Only a few companies visit the campus and opportunities are less. Most students do not get placed through campus recruitment. The average salary offered is low and placement support is not very strong. Students mostly depend on self-study, off-campus jobs, or internships for better career growth. Overall, placement opportunities are poor.
My college campus life is good but peaceful. Students are friendly and helpful. Teachers and staff are supportive in nature. The campus environment is safe and suitable for study. Some cultural and academic activities are organized from time to time. There are basic facilities for students to relax and interact. Overall, campus life is decent and enjoyable. And yes my collage location is very safe Ambikapur cg and it handle emergencies .
Over all my experience in this college is average because the faculties are very good and syllabus are also good but infrastructure is not good and the placement cell is not good
In my college there are the required necessary infrastructure and the facilities too like smart boards, wifi for every room in the department and the living places are also near and clean and well maintained including the food is hygienic.
Im studying electronics and Communication branch for my future aspect to join in and the quality of teaching is good Yes my curriculum is well updated and includes the recent developments in the field .
the quality of placements at my college is nice 60 percent students are placed last year in the jobs of campus placement 4.5 LPA is offered Placements offered are one of the average persons need and is worthy
Campus Life is very much memorable and is beautiful And every student could become a friend of the faculty too.
No nothing to add in addition.
The college is equipped with the necessary facilities and equipment, the classes are maintained with proper air flow and circulation, the college has its wi-fi for students. Hygiene is taken care of.
The academic structure is up to par with the needs of today. and the faculties are well experinced, they communicate in english, hindi as well as marathi. they guide very well. Students can take their support.
Placement depends on the students hard work and and the needs, the management helps in catering to those needs. Placement amount varries according to the market but the college gives it's 100% to make sure.
The library serves as a useful academic support system with a variety of reference books, study materials, and online resources. Computer facilities and common areas are kept functional and clean, contributing to a smooth academic routine for students.
Faculty members deliver lessons in an easy-to-understand manner, often linking theory with industry-oriented examples. Activities like case analysis, presentations, and teamwork-based assignments help students build leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities.
The College places steady emphasis on career development and placement support. The placement department actively coordinates with companies to provide job opportunities across multiple domains such as marketing, HR, and business development.
The college infrastructure is good and meets basic needs. Classrooms and labs are good. Libraries are also good, Wi-Fi is slow, and hostels are clean but need better maintenance, hostel wifi doesnt work sometimes, and hostel food is really bad sometimes, and sometimes it's manageable.
i am studying BCA from chandigarh university, the teachers are quite biased and mean at times. work is too much, almost no room for personal growth. but classes are mostly theory-based. The syllabus is okay but needs more practical and industry-related topics.
Placement opportunities are average not as good as they showed at the time of admission. Companies visit the campus and but a small number of students get placed. Most students depend on off-campus jobs. College support for placements needs improvement.
Campus life is very good and enjoyable. The campus is large, green, and safe. Students are friendly and many cultural, sports, and academic events are held regularly, making campus life active and lively.
Overall, the college offers an average experience. Campus life is good with alot of functions to attend, but academics and placements need improvement. With better practical training and placement support, the college can improve a lot.
It's really beautiful with lots of greenary and nice environment. With all facilities and peaceful. Its really good infrastructure, anybody would love studying there. Beautiful lawn areas and flowers .
Its good. There are various opportunities provided by the college. It not only depends on college but also on the students.how well u r studying and skilled you are? .We get even more oopportunities.i would always say get invoved into activities urself first.
As a final year student i have seen many companies coming to the college to recruit students. As far as i know many best companies with good LPA have come. Like 9 , 13lpa etc. Its not easy for all, but never give up.
I really loved studying in presidency. Its really beautiful and nice . Will all facilities and lots of shops to eat and libraries to study and canteens etc. Many activities for students, not only studing but also playing outdoor, indoor games.
The college infrastructure is average and meets basic needs. Classrooms and labs are usable but need upgrades. Library is good, Wi-Fi is slow and doesn't work most of times, and hostels are somewhat manageable but any upgrade would be appreciable, other than that, its beautiful, with a lot of greenery (tress and gardens).
I am studying computational statistics and data analytics, teaching quality is average. Some teachers explain well, but classes are mostly theory-based. The syllabus is okay but needs more practical and industry-related topics.
Placement opportunities are poor. Very few companies visit the campus and only a small number of students get placed. Most students depend on off-campus jobs. College support for placements needs improvement.
Campus life is very good and enjoyable. The campus is large, green, and safe. Students are friendly and many cultural, sports, and academic events are held regularly, making campus life active and lively, as it has multiple functions occasionally.
Overall, the college offers an average experience. Campus life is good and the environment is safe, but academics, infrastructure, and placements need improvement. With better practical training and placement support, the college can improve a lot, where is has good environment for enjoyment and functions , there it needs to improve in the academics.
The campus setup at Kalka Institute is modest but useful for undergraduate studies. Teaching rooms are arranged to support regular lectures and student interaction. The library acts as a quiet study corner with necessary textbooks and reference material.
Practical tasks, classroom discussions, and project work help link theory with business scenarios. The curriculum helps students build confidence, discipline, and a basic understanding of the management field.
The placement cell shares information about internships, entry-level openings, and skill-based roles. Training sessions on communication, workplace etiquette, and interview handling are conducted to make students industry-aware.
The campus is large, clean, and green. Classrooms, labs, library, and wi-fi are modern and good. Hostel , canteen and sports facilities are available for students. Some maintenance and location issues exist , overall but infrastructure is good.
The syllabus is updated and covers both theory and basics of practical learning. Teachers are helpful , though teaching quality varies by department. Students need to put self effort to score well and build skills.
Many companies visit the campus for placements. Some students get good offers, but top packages are limited . Training and support are provided , but students need strong skills and preparation to get better jobs.
Campus life is calm , green and student- friendly. There are clubs , cultural events, and fests for students. Hostel life is decent with all facilities. Overall , campus life is enjoyable but not very happening.
The infrastructure of the college is average and could be improved in many areas. The campus has the basic facilities required for day-to-day academic activities, but it does not stand out in terms of modern infrastructure. Classrooms are functional but not well-maintained, and smart classroom facilities are limited. Seating, ventilation, and cleanliness are acceptable but not consistent across all blocks. Laboratories exist for most departments, but the equipment is often outdated or insufficient for hands-on learning. Practical sessions feel rushed, and students do not always get enough time or resources to properly experiment and learn. The library has a limited collection of books, mostly focused on exam-oriented material, with fewer reference books or digital resources available. Other facilities like Wi-Fi, common areas, and sports infrastructure are either average or below expectations. Maintenance work is slow, and improvements happen very gradually. While the infrastructure is not terrible, it does not create a very engaging or modern learning environment. Overall, the college infrastructure is just average and meets only the minimum requirements, leaving significant scope for development.
Academics in this college are decent but not outstanding, and the experience largely depends on the student’s own efforts. The syllabus covers the basic concepts required for the course, but it is not very advanced or industry-oriented. Most subjects are taught in a theoretical manner, with limited focus on real-world applications. If you already have a strong foundation or are willing to study on your own, you can manage well here. However, beginners may find it difficult as proper guidance and detailed explanations are sometimes lacking. The quality of teaching varies from faculty to faculty. Some professors are knowledgeable and supportive, while others stick strictly to textbooks and notes without much interaction. Practical exposure is limited, and labs are often conducted just for formality rather than skill development. Internal assessments and exams are manageable but do not always reflect practical understanding. Overall, academics are average. The college provides basic education, but students should not rely solely on classroom teaching. To truly gain knowledge and skills, self-study, online courses, and external practice are necessary. This college suits students who are self-motivated and do not expect intensive academic support.
Placements at this college are not very reliable, and students should not have high expectations from the placement cell. Only a small percentage of students get placed through campus drives, and the companies that visit are usually offering low salary packages. Most of the opportunities are for basic roles, often unrelated to the core field of study. The placement process lacks proper planning and strong industry connections. Training sessions such as aptitude preparation, soft skills, and interview guidance are either insufficient or conducted very late. Students are mostly expected to prepare on their own. Internship opportunities through the college are also limited, and many students have to find internships independently. The highest packages are rare and usually secured by a few top-performing students. Average salary packages are low and may not justify the time and effort spent relying on campus placements. Because of this, many students choose higher studies or off-campus job searches instead. Overall, placements are poor, and students should join this college only if they are ready to work hard independently, build skills on their own, and not depend on the college for job opportunities.
My experience was good
Wasn't too bad for me but acc to the fees i deserved better learning and better teachers. Too much politics for events. No/less value for good talents. And a lot more. If u wanna do something in only agriculture then come otherwise don't.
The campus has decent classrooms, labs and Wi-Fi, and most of the basic facilities needed for daily academic work. The library and common areas are good enough for group study, though a few spaces could be maintained better. Hostels and canteen are fairly clean, and the food is manageable for most students.
The teaching quality is generally good, and most faculty members are supportive if you attend classes regularly and ask doubts. The curriculum covers core CS concepts well, but adding more hands-on, industry-oriented topics would make it even better. With consistent effort, the academic environment helps build strong fundamentals.
Placements are okay, with some good companies visiting, but the offers and packages vary a lot between branches. A decent number of students get placed, yet many still look for higher packages or better profiles off-campus. The placement process can feel a bit stressful, and there is scope to invite more top recruiters.
Campus life is lively with fests, technical events and club activities that keep things engaging beyond academics. Students are friendly, it is easy to find your group, and most teachers are approachable outside class too. The campus feels safe, and there are enough spots to relax or hang out after lectures.
Overall, Presidency University has a balanced environment with decent academics and campus life, and you can make the most of it if you stay active and involved.

Their dedication, guidance, and structured approach have been instrumental in bridging the gap between students’ skills and industry requirements. From organizing pre-placement talks, workshops, and mock interviews to providing timely career counseling, the team has always prioritized the holistic development of students.
Adapted from "The Colors of Animals" by Sir John Lubbock in A Book of Natural History (1902, ed. David Starr Jordan) The color of animals is by no means a matter of chance; it depends on many considerations, but in the majority of cases tends to protect the animal from danger by rendering it less conspicuous. Perhaps it may be said that if coloring is mainly protective, there ought to be but few brightly colored animals. There are, however, not a few cases in which vivid colors are themselves protective. The kingfisher itself, though so brightly colored, is by no means easy to see. The blue harmonizes with the water, and the bird as it darts along the stream looks almost like a flash of sunlight. Desert animals are generally the color of the desert. Thus, for instance, the lion, the antelope, and the wild donkey are all sand-colored. “Indeed,” says Canon Tristram, “in the desert, where neither trees, brushwood, nor even undulation of the surface afford the slightest protection to its foes, a modification of color assimilated to that of the surrounding country is absolutely necessary. Hence, without exception, the upper plumage of every bird, and also the fur of all the smaller mammals and the skin of all the snakes and lizards, is of one uniform sand color.” The next point is the color of the mature caterpillars, some of which are brown.

The infrastructure is outstanding and well developed. I totally loved it.The college boasts a strong and modern infrastructure that significantly enhances the learning environment. Most facilities are well-maintained and used effectively by both students and faculty. Classrooms and Labs: The classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors and smart boards. T
Academics is also good but faculty service is not that great..it's actually average. The academic experience at this college is strong and well-structured. Courses are thoughtfully designed to balance theoretical knowledge with practical application, helping students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Professors are knowledgeable in their fields and generally approachable, encouraging questions and discussion both in and outside the classroom.
It's good. The placement opportunities at the college are good and steadily improving. The placement cell is active and works hard to bring a variety of companies to campus each year. Students receive support through training sessions, mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and aptitude preparation.
Campus life is great especially when u have good friends. Safety precautions are also great.

Infrastructure of the college building in the hostel part is quite good, with proper roots and cleanliness. There are also many clubs in the college like lds, sece etc which are very active. Also there are supporting senior who intract with the students and guide them.
There are many good teachers with some exceptions. 3 years LLB course is divided into 6 semesters with 5 papers in each semester. There is no pressure as we get enough time between two papers. At the time of promotion to next semester we must have clear all the papers except 4 it means that if we have got back in 5 papers we cannot be promoted.
Initially when I take the admission there were no placements or if provided they were very few. Hindi 2nd year it is very much improve due to our efforts because we made a placement field at invites the number of companies to hire students.
