The CU Gujarat is among the best central universities present in india. Our classrooms are well maintained with high speed wifi, labs, library, and also hostels are provided for both girls and boys. The canteen food is tasty and hygienic and the spaces are kept clean.

Academically the university is doing well, people come from very very reputed universities to do phd from here. And I am also doing. The quality of teaching of ther MA or Ug degrees are also very good as I heard from juniors. Overall it's good.
Placements
The university is working hard to bring more such good placements for their students. Almost 70 to 80 percent students gets placed in somewhere private and government both. The highest salary varies from department to department.

Infrastructure-wise, the college is well maintained and has a good campus size in Banglore. Wi-Fi is only available in library and lab classes. Labs are average. Library size should be large because it only has a capacity of 100-120 people. If you talk about hostel facilities, they are good, but only room and infrastructure.

If we talk about some faculty, some are the best, and others are some of the worst in student interaction. If you just want to study, then it is good. But if you have some project, anything after the study, then some faculty are there that will only appreciate you. But all the teachers are well qualified. Course curricula are just for getting a degree.
Placements
In campus placement, approximately 65% of students get placement. And the highest package is 9 LPA to 10 LPA. And the lowest to 3 LPA, or if we talk about average placement, then that is 4.5 LPA. I am actually in my 2nd year, so I don't know the company's name, but mostly the local startup and some big companies like Tech Mahindra and TCS

It's a safe and healthy environment, I feel very comfortable in college premises. College located in a very safe environment, if any mistake or issues happened menas college management will take care of it.

I found the infrastructure at Terna College quite impressive. I had access to well equipped electronics labs, air conditioned classrooms and a decent library with resourceful magazines. Computer labs were up to date.

Academics was good at college. The syllabus covered was at par with real life and it made us to transition easily and be job ready. We learnt so many things practically rather than theoretical and it helped us clear our concepts in a better way.

The placement opportunities were decent. It was not as good as the It department but we didn’t het any major roles at companies. The most offered role was to be at production line as a junior engineer. Wished more opportunities were available back then.

Not much of a campus life. The food at canteen was average so we used to go out and have food. Very little activities were organised and no festivals were there. We friends ourselves used to celebrate occasions but nothing official.

Academic here in Makhanlal is not soo good as many time teachers do not attend classes and if they attend it sometimes they say to study buy own. Some of the teachers are also not well educated to teach that particular course.

Students do not get placed from this college as this college do not provide any placement and placement cell of this college is not active and responsible for ut placement after graduation the main drawback of this college

Campus life in Makhanlal is not good because many of the students do not come to college and college feels empty as there is no proper attendance regulations sometimes students get bored in college because only few students attend college daily

There are 2 classes for CSE, which are A and B. Each class has 70 members. 25 LPA is the highest package, and 16 LPA is the lowest for CSE. Recently, new Wi-Fi has been installed in all hostels. The labs and classrooms are quite spacious, and the mess food is quite good. There is no requirement for PGs in NIT Trichy because there are sufficient rooms to accommodate all the students. The hostel and mess fees are around Rs. 45,000 per semester.

The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:11. The faculty members are very supportive, you can approach them anytime after the class if you have any doubts. Currently, I am in my 4th semester. Till now, my favourite teacher has been Raja Sir, who teaches AC machines. He is a genius, the only class that I have never missed a single day till now

Students become eligible to sit for the placement from the end of the 3rd semester. The highest package is about 15 LPA. In core branches like CSE, EEE, ECE, and ICE, the placement percentage is above 90%. For an internship, companies visit during the start of the 3rd year. However, we can do a research internship under our professor.
