Hi,
If you are eligible to give jee mains entrance exam than you are also eligible to get admission in DTU, nsit, or iiitd colleges. It doesn't matter whether you are double dropper it will not affect your admission in these colleges if you satisfy the maximum age criteria of jee mains exam.
