How is JNU CS as compared to NIT patna, IIIT Surat, IIIT Guwahati and IIIT Pune? Will JNU be better choice to go for?

basic eligibility is A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects or any other examination.

Thanks for your response but I dont think my question was on eligibility. I used the comparison tool but couldn't get much info there thats why thought of asking question in this forum.
