The BBA LLB (Hons) is an integrated dual degree programme as per the mandate of the Bar Council of India regulations. The first degree of BBA is modelled on the Johnson Cornell Business School curriculum and the LLB component is as per BCI regulations. The MoU with Cornell Law School will strengthen the quality and dynamics with faculty and student exchanges. The integrated degree programme aims to expose the law graduates to the corporate law practices and demands, giving them, a head start in the world of commercial laws.
The duration of program is five years. Each academic year comprises two semesters i.e. Fall (July-Dec) and Spring (Jan-June). A student upon successful completion of degree requirements as laid down in the Rules of the Program shall be eligible for the award of BBA LLB(Hons) degree.
The Bennett University Admission Scholarships will be awarded only for the first year of Undergraduate program. The decision for this scholarship is based on the scores of the candidate in qualifying examinations i.e.10+2 score or CLAT scores or LSAT - India) percentile score.

Based on class 12 (or equivalent examination) aggregate marks in five specified subjects (details in Annexure-1 of Admission Procedure Document) normalized for each Indian board.
