Ph.D Education at Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar Offline Course

A candidate must have passed the Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a professional degree in education declared equivalent to the Master’s degree in Education by the corresponding statutory a regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading the system is followed). 

A relaxation of 5% of marks for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/ differently-abled candidates or for those who had obtained their Master’s degree prior to 19th September 1991. UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degrees) Regulations, 2016 and as amended from time to time will be applicable.
