College Infrastructure
The campus is large and offers a peaceful environment for studying. The main library is spacious and contains enough reference books, though you may need to find the latest editions yourself. There’s Wi-Fi in some areas, but it’s not reliable everywhere. Science labs are decent for practicals, but some equipment feels outdated.
Absolutely fine University but needs to work on placements

Good infrastructure with good smart class room system with better water cooler system as well as building is also good.Taking about the bench chair of the class room is also highly appreciated and standard.

Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (Kanpur) medical cutoff depends on category:
- For General (UR): usually above 580+ marks.
- OBC: around 570+ marks.
- SC: 450–480 marks, and ST: 430–460 marks.
Exact cutoffs change every year depending on seat matrix and difficulty level, but this is the approximate range for government MBBS seats in Kanpur under CSJMU. For BDS and AYUSH, cutoffs are lower.

I recently came to know that the admission deadline for the 3-year LLB program at CSJMU was 31st July 2025. Unfortunately, I missed the form submission within that period.
I would like to know if the university is offering late admission or any vacant-seat rounds for the LLB course

It's unfortunate to know that you missed the deadline for the 3-year LL.B.(Hons.) program at (CSJMU).As of now there's no official announcement regarding late admissions or a vacant-seat round for this However,CSJMU sometimes conducts direct admission or spot rounds for certain programs if seats remain vacant.though this hasn't been specifically confirmed for LL.B.
To explore any remaining possibilities I'd recommend directly contacting the course coordinators or visiting the official university website and admission portal for updates .you may also check affiliated law colleges under CSJMU,as they might still have vacancies or accept late applications.

1. Candidate must complete graduation in any stream
2. Minimum marks required are 45 percent for general category
3. OBC category students need 42 percent marks
4. SC or ST students just need pass marks in graduation
5. Admission is based on merit of graduation marks
6. No entrance test is needed for this course
7. Application is done through online mode from official website
8. After applying university will release merit list
9. Counselling will be held based on merit for seat allotment
10. Final admission is given after document verification and fee payment
