The university has accommodation facilities for boy students. The hostel has facilities like a recreation hall, prayer hall, study hall, gymnasium, solar-powered water heaters, and other such facilities for these students.

Christ University hostel facilities include separate hostels for girl students. The hostels are kept in surveillance through CCTV throughout. The hostels are handled and managed by a warden.

Christ University has medical centres with qualified doctors and nurses with ambulance service on standby in all campuses. The authorities of the university not only give importance to physical health but also give due importance to mental health. 

The university also has a gym that is equipped with all the basic gym machinery. The gym helps the students in keeping their health and fitness in check. 

The main campus of Christ University has two libraries. Both libraries have a good collection of textbooks, reference books, periodicals, journal archives, among many other things. The cafeteria or dining area of the university prepares and offers multi-cuisine food to all students. The cafeteria also has an ample amount of seating arrangements. The food is made under hygienic conditions and is offered at reasonable prices. 

The university has a huge auditorium with a large seating capacity that is accessible to all students and teachers for conducting various events that take place in the university. There are also mini auditoriums, amphitheatres, open air theatres and galleries in the campus. 

Christ University transport facilities include buses that are used to pick and drop students and staff from one place to another. The facility can also be used for inter campus visits, industrial visits and academic field trips.
