Ph.D Physics at Christ University Offline Course

Research in Physics is the key to many doors of opportunities that open up challenging, meaningful and rewarding careers in industries as well as research centers. Ph.D. Programme in Physics at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) was introduced in the year 2008, in the disciplines of Materials Science, Nuclear Physics and Astrophysics, is centrally administered by Centre for Research, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. In fulfilling the degree requirements, a research scholar is expected to undergo course work of six months duration as prescribed by UGC, attend and present research papers in seminars/symposia/conferences at national and international level. During the period of Ph.D., a scholar is expected to publish a few research articles in reputed journals in the chosen area of research.
