As you have secured a rank of 3.8k in GAT gitam let me tell you that you can expect to get electrical and electronics , electronics and communication , cse specialisations branches and for sure the remaining branches. It would be difficult for you to fetch cse branch.

GITAM GAT 2022 is not going to be conducted in Remote Proctored Examination mode, it will be conducted in center based examination mode so the eligible candidates who have applied for GITAM GAT 2022 need to appear for the exam in the allotted examination centre. The last date to apply for GITAM GAT 2022 is May 10, 2022. The examination will be conducted from May 20, 2022 to May 26, 2022. The result will be released on May 31, 2022. In reality, the answer is "No." There are no open seats in the GAT Test, regardless of rank. It doesn't matter if you get rank 1 or rank 10,000; everyone should pay the annual fee.

You will not be able to obtain a free seat in any branch of the gitam based on your rank. To receive at least a fee reduction, the rank must be lower than 2000. You can also get a fee reduction from gitam if you take Jee mains, AP/TS Eamcet, or GAT.

Gandhi institute of technology and management (GITAM) is an institute of higher studies with campuses in: 

Vishakhapatnam 

Hyderabad, And 

Bangalore

In Terms of infrastructure, teaching faculty, placement facility and exposure, GITAM Vishakhapatnam is much better than Hyderabad and Bangalore campus. 

Curriculum is almost same for all three branches of Engineering. 

So GITAM Vishakhapatnam is the main campus and has good infrastructure and facilities. So you should go for Vishakhapatnam campus.
