GITAM University administers GITAM Admission Test (GAT) for admissions to various UG programmes offered in GITAM University at its Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru Campuses. GITAM University administers the GITAM GAT 2021 exam over a window. GITAM GAT is conducted online for Engineering (BTech), Architecture (BArch) and Pharmacy (BPharma) courses. Candidates who scores good marks in JEE Main, TS EAMCET or AP EAMCET exams will also be eligible to apply for admission. The total marks for the Objective (MCQ) based exam is 200.

Actually it's totally your choice dear. If you get college after getting entrance examination and you will get your favourite stream then you should join the classes. But if you are not satisfied with your stream and you are confident about your another examination result then wait. Think properly and ask with your parents then take the decision.

It has average placements, good infrastructure and decent teaching.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA by Microsoft, the lowest salary package offered is 2.6 LPA by HCL, and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA in 2020. Many companies visit college like TCS, Accenture, Microsoft, Wipro and many other startup companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is top class, and you can get all the facilities. Hostel facilities are good, but the food is average. Sports are good, and there are a big cricket stadium and many tennis courts.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and professional. Some teachers do not know how to teach. At last, it totally depends on student how to learn the concepts and prepare for future.

There is no particular uniform for GITAM University, Hydrabad. Yet, some departments have a certain dress code and students are have to abide by the rules strictly. For girls: they should wear three piece - Salwars/chuddidars, kurties and duppatta. Jeans is not allowed.  No short tops or shirts are allowed.

For boys: they are ballowed to wear jeans and shirts, no t-shirts. Formal trousers are allowed.

For lab sessions, a special dresscode is required which is informed by the respective faculty.

If you want admission in gitam then you have to appear in university entrance exam which is known as gitam entrance test. Which will be computer based examination and on the basis of your score and according to your rank you will be alloted campus out of these three. Visakhapatnam campus, Bangalore campus and Hyderabad campus.

Well,  the gat exam has no cutoff ,no matter how much you score whether 378,280 they will be your seat waiting.so anyone you got more than 40 will be offering a seat in gitam and when scored more than 80 will be offering your desired group.jamm, no matter how much you get ,some people join on spot without writing the gat

So if you score more you'll get concession.scholarship is provided up to top 3000 rankers .
