Your score is below 50% of the total score which might not make you open for more college options but you have chances to get an admission.

They will release cutoff and rank list which will say you are eligible or not. On the part of getting seat depends on your rank. If your rank is in the range of cutoff for any stream in any branch then you can take an admission.

You have to wait till the cutoff list and merit list is released. You can check your details and apply for admission accordingly.

As you wanted to get seat in the gitams universities for the graduation means bachelor's of technology and you have to attempt entrance examination of that university so that you will get seat in that university and its mandatory to attempt that entrance examination to get seat in that university and you should get 300+ marks out of 400 so that you may get seat in the expected course of your choice but you will get seat if you get any rank but with less marks you may not get any concession or scholarships if you score good marks you may get scholarships and concessions toi and you can prefer this university as placements will be good in this university so study well and work hard to get seat with scoring good marks in the entrance examinations ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

Cutoffs differs each and every year as it is dependent on various things like number of Students appearing for the exam, Difficulty of the question paper, Performance of the Applicants in the entrance etc.

But in general if you consider previous year cutoffs then with this score your rank will be around 2800-3200.

If you are asking for 12th qualifying marks to be eligible for GITAM University entrance exam ,so it would be 60 percent if you are going for BTech course. Now if it is about Qualifying marks for GITAM GAT so we can have an idea from the past year record so for general it was 74 in the past years.

Cutoffs changes from Year to Year as it is dependent upon various factors like: Difficulty of the Paper, Students appearing for the Exam, Performance of the Students in the Entrance and various other things.

But in general, if you consider previous year cutoffs then you can easily get CSE in GITAM with this marks that too in VIZAG campus.

With 60 marks in the entrance it will be difficult for you to get admission directly.You will definitely get CSE regardless of your marks if you will give donations but you will score 80+ in the entrance the  you will get your desired branch in GITAM.

You scored 98 out of 200, it designate that you have good chances to clear the cutoff to be eligible for admission process , as in the past year it was around 74 and now if due to any fluctuations it changes then you again have good chances to clear the cutoff but here it is not necessary that with this score you definitely be able to get into it , because one merit list will be prepared on the basis of your and other candidates  score then if your rank lies between it then you will be eligible to get in to the GITAM still one thing I would clear you that this merit list is prepared by considering the no of  students who cleared the cutoff , no of students who got good rank, and number of seats available for a single fight, so you have waving chances of getting into GITAM , still I would suggest you to explore for more option do not give your full focus to it if it would be happen to have admission then it would be . Else not , still work for other option lest it should slip all other options from your hand because of single wait.

As you wanted to get seat in the good colleges or universities like gitam university and there are two branches for the gitam university one in Hyderabad and one in vizag mean to say Visakhapatnam and you should get more than 160 marks out of 200 and gitam university doesn't have any negative marking in their university examination and if you get above 160 marks in that you may get concession in the fee payment so ficus and study well and work hard to get good marks in the gitam university entrance examination so all the best for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
