Based on NIRF Rankings and general assumption by the public, KLU is considered as the best than the other two Universities as it is the oldest (1980) University among the given Universities. Also, the campus placements and Alumni network is too strong in KLU than GITAM and Vignan.

Hello student among all of the college you mentioned below VIT is one of the best and preferable choice for engineering. You need to appear in VITEEE to get admission in VIT college.
Registration begins from 27 September to 29 February
Exam-13-19 April
Result 30 April.

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, formerly GITAM University and GITAM College of Engineering, is an institute of higher education with campuses in Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bangalore in India. It was established in 1980 at Visakhapatnam, it was affiliated to Andhra University. And yes, GITAM have chemical engineering UG courses.

The department was established in 1980 in the college of Engineering as part of B. Tech. Program, now part of Institute of Technology, GITAM (Deemed to be University) and engaged in imparting knowledge on the basic concepts of chemistry to engineering students. At present, the department offers several courses in chemistry to suit the needs of various branches of engineering. The faculty members are from reputed universities and central institutes such as IITs, IISc., etc and active in research proven by a large number of publications in high impact factor SCOPUS and SCI journals, patents, sponsored research projects(UGC, DST etc.,) and consultancy projects from major industries.

Rs.60,000/- merit scholarships will be provided to the candidates admitted to M.Arch. program. Rs.80,000/- merit scholarships will be provided to the candidates admitted to B.Pharmacy program. Rs.2,50,000/- merit scholarships will be provided to the candidates admitted to M.Pharmacy program.

There are some companies which allows for distance education. Yes you can do it as far as you can manage both with full effort. Both are important and any neglecting means a high cost for career.
So you have to prepare yourself so that you can do both with full efficiency like a person does one work at a time. It is not concerned to any location.
You can do it from any location but you have to choose a college from that city only else you can't travel when it is needed.
There are many factors to be considered and take care of. So you can Doo all these and yes join for a distance education.
