If you're going for distance MBA the go for ICFAI instead of IGNOU and ICFAI is known for its business studies whereas IGNOU doesn't have specilization in business management.

The cutoff majorly depends on the following factor's : 

1. Difficulty level of the questions asked in the exam
2. Number of candidates appeared
3. Total number of seats

The expected cutoff this year is somewhere around 80-85

Course ha svery good curriculum and decent learning methodology but being distance mode its not Job Oriented as placements support not so great at all. 

However with right skills and experience and good industry knowledge one can get good opportunities via Offline mod eon Job Portal

Both are good Law colleges and both offer good Law education and internships.accroding to the reviews ICFAI Dehradun is better then Navalmal law college.

As far as placement is concerned both the colleges are similar, ICFAI Dehradun has highest placement of Rs.6.6 LPA and JIMS has highest placement of Rs.6 LPA.
