ICFAI, Hyderabad is one of the best private colleges in the country. So, it is really tough to get into the College because of heavy applications by students from across the country. I'm sorry but there's no other way to get into this college

It highly depends on your interest. Both are the most sought courses in Technology field, and Artificial Intelligence is relatively newer and I think that it may have a really high scope in the future as well.
