Admission Process

For MA Population Sciences, M.Sc Population Sciences and M.Sc Biostatistics and Demography-

  • Candidates seeking admission in these Programmes have to apply online on the official website of the institute and submit the application form along with the required documents.

  • Then, an announcement of shortlisted candidates for the online entrance test will be made and the candidates will accordingly have to appear for the test.

  • Later on, the candidates selected for admission will be declared and classes will be commenced accordingly.

For Master of Population Sciences/Master of Philosophy in Population Studies/Biostatistics and Demography-

  • For admission in this programme, the candidates have to apply online on the official website of the institute and submit the application form along with the needed documents.

  • Subsequently, the candidates will be shortlisted for an online entrance test they will have to appear for the same.

  • Then, the candidates have to appear for a personal interview based on their performance in the online test.

For Doctor of Philosophy in Population Studies/Biostatistics and Demography-

  • In order to get admission in these programmes, the candidates have to apply online on the website of the institute and submit the application form along with the requisite documents.

  • Then, the candidates have to appear for an online entrance test. 

  • Shortlisted candidates will later be called for a research proposal and personal interview.  

For Post Doctoral Fellowship in Population Studies-

  • For admission in this programme, the candidates have to apply online on the official website of the institute and submit the application form along with the needed documents.

  • Subsequently, the candidates have to appear for an online entrance test, research proposal and a personal interview. 

Facilities

International Institute for Population Sciences has various facilities like classrooms, a guest house, a hostel, a data centre, a seminar hall, and a library. Given below are the brief details of the facilities offered by the International Institute for Population Sciences.

  • Classrooms- International Institute for Population Sciences has classrooms that are designed aesthetically for the students and the classrooms are equipped with the requirements. 

  • Hostel- IIPS has two buildings, a six-storeyed one and the other one is three-storeyed. The buildings are facilitated with all the requirements so that the students have a good time being there. 

  • Library- The library of IIPS has various books, bound volumes of periodicals, reprints, indexed articles, seminar papers, PhD theses, online and printed journals for the students to gain more knowledge and help themselves during exams.

  • Seminar Hall- Various co-curricular activities, including seminars and workshops are conducted in the seminar hall of the International Institute for Population Sciences. 

  • Guest House- The guest house is used by visitors, such as research collaborators, professors, conference participants, and alumni. Family members can also use the guest house.

Hello aspirant

If you want to pursue B. Com hons from International Institute of Professional Studies, Indore you should have passed STD xii with minimum 50% marks for general category, 45% for St,and  sc. You should have to appear for an entrance test  (DAVV CET ) conducted by DAVV. Which takes place for 4 groups 2 for ug and 2 for PG

It is quite difficult to predict the cutoff score or marks to score in entrance test for getting admission as NO Official Data regarding this is available.
