Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in VLSI Design and Technology is a four-year (8 semesters) full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered at the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida.

The programme offers students a comprehensive education in the field of electronics, focusing specifically on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) design and technology. This program equips students with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry, providing them with a strong foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications.

The core courses include fundamental concepts of electronics, digital design, analog and mixed-signal circuits, computer architecture, microprocessors, and communication systems. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have passed 10+2/equivalent exam
Candidates must have passed with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) aggregate in 10+2 or equivalent examination
Candidates should have secured a Pass grade in all subjects
The candidate should have passed or appeared in 10+2 examination or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one subject out of Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, and Entrepreneurship.

Admission Details

Admissions are offered based on the scores of JEE (Main) 2026.

Counselling will be based on merit. Shortlisted candidates eligible for counselling will be informed by email on registered mail ID’s. List of candidates will also be uploaded in the website.
