M.Sc Chemistry at JIIT Noida Offline Course

Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemistry is a full-time two year post-graduate course offered at the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida.

The M.Sc Chemistry program provides a thorough understanding of basic and applied chemical sciences, combining theoretical knowledge, practical expertise, and research-focused project work. The curriculum comprises of 17 core courses, five elective courses, one audit course and research project in area of specialization.  The program has been designed with an optimum blend of fundamental and advanced courses in organic, inorganic, physical, analytical chemistry, and industrial chemistry. Theory courses are further strengthened by well-equipped laboratories for in-depth understanding of the subject. Furthermore, elective courses in specialized fields allow students to explore emerging areas such as green chemistry, bio-inorganic chemistry, bio-organic chemistry,spectroscopy, polymer chemistry, computational chemistry, medicinal chemistry, nanotechnology enhancing their adaptability to pursue careers in diverse fields. The hands-on research project develops critical thinking and sharpens the problem-based learning skills.
