72 MonthsPh.D. in Biotechnology shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned offered by Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate who has obtained any Master’s Degree or equivalent from a UGC/AICTE recognized body with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Cat-I and Differently-abled candidates) in an aggregate or equivalent grade.
Admission Details
Selection of candidates for Ph.D. programme will be based on the Entrance Test and marks obtained in the qualifying Examinations.
