Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya or Karnataka Folklore University offers postgraduate programmes in folk literature, folkloristics, mass communication, rural and tribal women and child, rural, tribal management, tourism, economics, and English. The PG Diploma programmes of the University include PG diploma in traditional dairy practices and a diploma in traditional agriculture. The certificate courses include courses in folk art, folk theatre, traditional cooking system, yakshagana tradition, folk craft, and tourism.
