KVAFSU Bidar admission offered in UG, PG and doctoral levels. At the UG level, B.V.Sc is offered, at the PG level, M.V.Sc is offered and for the doctoral programme, Ph.D is offered. All KVAFSU Bidar courses are offered in full-time study mode only. B.V.Sc and AH course duration is 5 years and 6 months. 

The candidates should have appeared for the common entrance test (CET) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority, Govt. of Karnataka, Bangalore. Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Bidar admission in M.V.Sc is offered in various specialisations for a duration of 2 years. All the courses are offered in Science, medical and allied sciences streams by KVAFSU Bidar.

• Candidates need to appear for the KCET, conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority and also NEET score is considered for KVAFSU Bidar admission.

• A common merit list is generated and as per the availability of seats and the reservation guidelines, seats are allotted to the candidates.

• Candidates from other States need to seek KVAFSU Bidar admission only through the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi.

• The candidates should submit their Original documents and pay their respective fees to confirm their Admission.

KVAFSU Bidar admission is offered to M.V.Sc at PG level and  candidates must have appeared for All India Entrance Examination for Admission to Masters’ degree Programme (AIEEA-PG) conducted by NTA-ICAR New Delhi.

KVAFSU Bidar PG Admission Process 

• Application for Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Bidar admission shall be submitted to the Registrar, KVAFSU, Bidar in the prescribed format as per the notification issued by the University.

• Eligible applicants shall be required to appear in the written examination All India Entrance Examination for Admission to Masters’ degree Programme (AIEEA-PG) and counselling will be conducted based on the merit list.

• A common merit list for each group is prepared and the Admission committee shall allot the seats subject-wise in each group, based on merit, subject to the availability of seats and the reservation policy of the Karnataka State Government.

Candidates should have OGPA of 6.50/10 or equivalent percentage of marks for general category and 6.00/10 or equivalent OGPA/equivalent percentage of marks for SC/ST/Cat-I/ candidates at Master’s degree level.
