Library
The University of Maharashtra, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, is one of the best universities in Maharashtra with a mandate of agricultural education, research, and extension. Libraries play a pivotal role in the dissemination of knowledge and information to students and readers in their education, research, and extension activities. To cater to the needs of the readers, the University Library started functioning at Central Campus in the year 1968 with a merged collection of 2070 books only. It has been developing steadily under the able guidance of the Vice-Chancellor and Chairmanship of the Library Advisory Committee and rendering various services to the readers, scientists, teachers, students, etc. for the last fifty years. The University Library is fully automated. The University library purchased Slim 21 Special Library Management Software, and as per guidelines/instructions from ICAR, New Delhi, we have migrated all data from Slim21 to KOHA Library Management software and used it for all operations (i.e., Acquisition, Cataloguing, Circulation, Serials & Web OPAC). All e-Resources are made available in the library for faculty members, scientists, and students.

The University has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.
Alumni Associations
The University has Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, which has good networking for the alumni association.

The University has sports facilities for all students. College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the hostel is pretty good. Each room of the hostel is shared by three students. Each room has two beds, two chairs, two tables and two cupboards. The admission of hostel is based on the merit of the students, hence one have to secured average marks for getting hostel. One should have to pay rent of 2k for hostel room. After completion of each semester I. e. after each six months students have to pay rent to the hostel room. The cost of meal is not included in this fee structure. Students have to pay separately for the meal for each month. The meal provided by hostel is of average quality

MPKV have vey big and well kept campus we have also have libary, computer labs ans smart tv classsrooms also it provides hostel facilities but hostel is not so good mostly prefer outside to saty and also have cctv survillence

College Infrastructure

The campus at MPKV Rahuri is big and nice with lots of green fields for experiments. They got labs for soil and plants but some equipments are old and not always working good. Library is big with many books but no wifi in classes. Sports ground is there and gym too but washrooms need better cleaning. Hostel is okay affordable but mess food is average. Overall its good for agri studies.
