M.Arch Environmental Architecture at MGM University, Aurangabad Offline Course

1. For Maharashtra Candidate–

• The candidate should be an Indian National having domicile in Maharashtra state.
• The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent courses recognized by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the postgraduate course in
• architecture.
• Obtained Non-Zero Positive Score in Graduates Aptitude Test in GATE for Architecture
• conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology; MAH-M.ARCH-CET is conducted by the state government of Maharashtra or MGMU CET 2022 (M.Arch) or PERA CET 2022 for architecture.
• For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm /company /industry /educational and/ or research institute/any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.

Note: – 1. Candidates who have appeared in GATE 2021 and have a score that is valid for AY 2021-22 (as mentioned on the scorecard) are eligible for admission.
2. Candidates who have appeared in GATE in 2022 with non-zero scores shall be considered on

the basis of marks obtained.

2. For All India Candidate

• The candidate should be an Indian National.
• The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of
• candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent courses recognized by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the post-graduate course in architecture.
• Obtained Non-Zero Positive Score in Graduates Aptitude Test in GATE for Architecture conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, or MAH-M.ARCH-CET is conducted by the state government of Maharashtra or MGMU CET 2022 (M.Arch.) or PERA CET 2022 for architecture.
