The BFD Programme is designed for aspiring artists and designers who will be imparted design practice and training in their fields of interest. The curriculum offers to the students’ specialized practice and varied explorations to harness the existing as well as nascent disciplines. The programme encapsulates the creative and technical nuances of apparel design process. The students acquire skills in the realms of apparel construction techniques, flat pattern design, material exploration, draping, textile study, fashion illustration and portfolio development. We keep them abreast of newfangled trends related to fabrics, trims, designs, colors, styles, and cuts, thus creating an astute sense of color, texture, and pattern along with a keen eye for observation in the fashion-related sphere.
Admission Process
Admission Based on Online Test, Situation Test, and Personal Interview along with Portfolio.
Eligibility Criteria
This program is open to students on completion of 10+2 or equivalent, in any discipline, with minimum 45% marks.
