A candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (B.Tech/B.E. Chemical Engineering or Equivalent degree) from any recognized university in the concerned discipline.

There are separate laboratory, including those for material signs and fluid mechanics, and there are labs which are shared across departments. there is a library also with vast collections of academic books
