72 MonthsPh.D. Biotechnology shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech. or B.E. or Equivalent degree in Biotechnology/Industrial Biotechnology/ Chemical Engineering/ Biochemical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering M.Tech./MS in Biotechnology/Industrial Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics /Biomedical Engineering. Integrated M.Tech in Biotechnolog / Industrial Biotechnology / Bioinformatics / Biomedical Engineering. M. Sc. in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Botany / Zoology / Bioinformatics with M.Tech in Biotechnology.
