First of all congrats for securing 3k rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU  . So you have very less chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling

Hi ajay kumar 117 score is quite low and if you are getting NLU sonepat then just go for it as you will not geta any tier 1 NLU at this score . Though NLU sonipat is not good as other tier 2 college but you have no other options

As per the notice of dates released by the CLAT 2019 authorities, the scheduled date for publication of second allotment list was 23June2019. The last date for confirming admissions and depositing fees as mentioned was 25June2019. You may have to plan according to these dates.
