Instead i would suggest you to try in some private law college like

 Institute of Law, Nirma University - This private law University is often ranked higher than some of the

As per your rank, it seems difficult to get admission in any NLU's but you can always go for private colleges.

There is nothing like All India obc Rank, either it will be All India Rank or OBC Rank. To get admission in NLU's you need to know your All India Rank.
