The University has a Smart Classroom equipped with in-built smart technology and internet connectivity which facilitates knowledge exchange and sourcing inputs from faculties and trainers around the globe. The classroom has an interactive whiteboard with an interactive smart display that reacts to user input either directly or through other input devices, bringing convenience and flexibility to education, increasing teacher-student engagement, and boosting performance in the long run. Video conferencing and live Webcasting are also made possible via the video conferencing software platform for E-learning for Business and Education.

Library
The University library is the central hub of the university, well-equipped to support and facilitate the teaching, learning, and research programs of the Institute. Well stocked with the latest books, CDs/DVDs, and research publications, the library at NECU is open to all students, faculty members, and employees. The print collection includes books, monographs, research reports, law reports, back volumes of periodicals, etc. In addition to professional reading, the library provides a good amount of leisure reading and books for soft skills development. All subjects related to the University's academic and research programs have been included in the collection. The library is also developing a core collection of media resources consisting of documentaries, training films, fiction, music, etc.
Laboratories
The University Fully equipped English Lab with individual systems for 25 students with Audio & Video Learning facilities, enabling hands-on learning with the latest interactive e-learning language software.
