According to me you hardly need any book for preparation of the exam. Just work on your grammar, essays, comprehension and vocabulary for which you can take help from the internet.

see you need to check the eligibility criteria and apply for the b,a course in which you have interest. if they are asking about your 12th course details, you can reply as below,
course type- full time (if you have studies full time course, if studied from distance then write distance learning)
course- 10+2 in science
course name- higher secondary or h.s
