Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination
- Diploma Examination (10+3) with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- In addition to the above, the candidate needs to qualify an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by the Council or by the competent authority.
Admission Details
Admission to B. Arch. (Regular) the programme shall be done under two criteria
- Criteria I: Admission to B.Arch. programmes are based on the merit list prepared with weight-age of 50% marks for aptitude tests (NATA / any other Aptitude test conducted by a competent authority of State or Central Government) and 50% marks in the qualifying examination (+2 or 10+3 Diploma)
- Criteria II: For NRI/PIO/Foreign Nationals category, 5% of the sanctioned intake is allotted Note: Any unfilled NRI seat will be treated as a lapsed seat and will be filled by Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science & Technology (PMIST) as per the norms are given in Criteria I.
