No Punjabi university ,patiala university do not offer B.A in sociology ,if you want to pursue the same course you may need to look out other college offering B.A in sociology

What is your category? Unless you have reservation you haven't qualified JEE Main. Institutes takes admission on the basis of JEE Main but qualified marks are required. I recommend you to attempt state level examination to get the college.

1) Khalsa College

2) Bharathiar University

3) Panjab University.
