Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU) is a state university established in 2015 at Bathinda, Punjab. MRSPTU Application Procedure

The candidates have to visit the official website of MRSPTU and click on the link for online admission session.
Register by providing the personal details, email id, and mobile number.
Pay the application fee through online mode using debit card/credit card/net banking.
The candidates have to upload their scanned photograph, signature, and documents as per the specifications.

MRSPTU Diploma Course Admissions

MRSPTU offers diploma courses in various disciplines such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, etc. The duration of the diploma courses is three years.

MRSPTU Diploma Course Eligibility Criteria

Diploma	30-60	Passed 10th standard with at least 35% marks in Mathematics, Science and English from a recognized board.
D.Pharma	60	Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of Mathematics/Biology with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.

MRSPTU Diploma Admission Procedure

The admission to the diploma courses is based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
Apply online through the official website of MRSPTU and pay the application fee.
The candidates have to participate in the online counselling conducted by MRSPTU and fill their choices of courses and colleges.
The seat allotment will be done on the basis of the merit, choices, and availability of seats.
Report to the allotted college with the original documents and fee payment receipt.

MRSPTU UG Course Admissions

MRSPTU offers undergraduate courses in various disciplines such as B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Pharma, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, etc. The duration of the undergraduate courses is four years (except B.Arch which is five years).

MRSPTU UG Course Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech	60 -120	Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board. Qualified JEE Main exam.
B.Arch	40	Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board. Qualified NATA exam.
B.Pharma	40 - 100	Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of Mathematics/Biotechnology/Biology with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board.
B.Sc.	30-90	Passed 10+2 or equivalent with relevant subjects with at least 45% marks from a recognized board.
BBA	60	Passed 10+2 or equivalent in any stream with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board.
BCA	60 -80	Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board.
Bcom	30 - 80	Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.

MRSPTU UG Admission Procedure

Admission to the B.Tech and B.Arch courses is based on the entrance scores of JEE Main and NATA respectively.
The admission to the B.Pharma, B.Sc., BBA, and BCA courses is based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
The candidates have to apply online through the official website of MRSPTU and pay the application fee.
The candidates have to participate in the online counselling and fill their choices of courses and colleges.

MRSPTU PG Course Admissions 2024

MRSPTU offers postgraduate courses in various disciplines such as M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Pharma, MBA, MCA, M.Sc., etc. The duration of the postgraduate courses is two years.

MRSPTU PG Course Eligibility Criteria

Courses	Seat Intake	Eligibility Criteria
M.Tech	18-24	Passed B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in relevant branch with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university. Qualified GATE exam.
M.Arch	–	Passed B.Arch or equivalent with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university.
M.Pharma	6-9	Passed B.Pharma or equivalent with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university. Qualified GPAT exam.
MBA	60	Passed graduation or equivalent in any stream with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university. Qualified CMAT exam.
MCA	18-80	Passed graduation or equivalent with Mathematics as a compulsory subject at 10+2 or graduation level with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university.
M.Sc.	30-60	Passed B.Sc. or equivalent in relevant subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university.

MRSPTU PG Admission Procedure

Admission to the M.Tech and M.Pharma courses is based on the entrance scores of GATE and GPAT respectively.
Admission to the M.Arch course is based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
Admission to the MBA course is based on the entrance score of CMAT.
The candidates have to apply online through the official website of MRSPTU and pay the application fee.
Participate in the online counselling conducted by MRSPTU or IKGPTU (for AICTE programmes) and fill their choices of courses and colleges.
