Admission to most of the RVU undergraduate programmes is through the RVSAT entrance exam and the RVU selection process. While admission to B.Sc (Hons) Decision Science is aptitude test and personal interview-based, and admission to B.Tech (Hons) courses is through the RVSAT entrance exam as well as through KEA/ CET/ Govt Quota.

RV University B.Tech (Hons) admission process (KEA/ CET/ Govt Quota)

• Meet the required eligibility criteria for RV University BTech admission.

• Appear for JEE Main and obtain a valid score.

• Fill out the online application form with all details.

• Students will be selected based on the JEE Main score and class 10th & 12th marks.

• Verification of documents by the admission team at the computer lab, SOEF block.

• Online entry to SLCM in the computer lab, SOEF block, and collect the acknowledgement and fee receipt

RV University Bengaluru UG admission process

• Register for RVSAT at admissions.rvu.edu.in.

• Appear in the relevant entrance examination and secure a valid score.

• Appear for the RV University Selection Process, depending on the course applied for and score in RVSAT

• Applicants shall be issued a selection letter.

• Successful applicants in the above selection procedure shall be registered for the programme after receipt of registration fees as specified in the selection letter.

• Upon completion of the RVU selection procedure, applicants shall be notified about the admission, and a Provisional Admission Letter shall be issued.

Admission to most of the RVU postgraduate programmes is through the RVSAT entrance exam and the RVU selection process. Admission to M.Tech (Data Science) will be based on the final merit list, and admission to MA (Film, Philosophy and Cultural Studies) will be based on a personal essay (Statement of Purpose) and a Panel interview.
