24 MonthsProgramme contents are designed to cover international perspectives on housing development, national housing policies and programmes, housing finance, housing design, building materials and technology, housing project formulation, housing development and construction industry, real estate planning, design and development, non-formal housing development and slums, and housing for disaster affected areas. The course is offered through a combination of classroom lectures, field assignments, and practical studio exercises.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must be Bachelors’ Degree in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering or from a recognized University or equivalent at least 55 percent marks or equivalent credits in aggregate (50 marks or equivalent credits percent for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) marks. or Masters’ Degree in Economics or Sociology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Admission to Masters’ degree programmes is affected through a multi-stage process to select applicants based on their: Performance in the qualifying examination, Portfolio of work, Personal Interaction with the programme faculty and/ or written test, Interest and motivation for the chosen study, Work Experience and Valid GATE/ CEED Score.

College Infrastructure
The School of planning and architecture Delhi is known as the one of the best place in India for planning and designing studies .The overall interest picture of the campus is good but it is more focus on academic species then on luxury facility. The classrooms are simple plane and Vela arrange and with a projectors and boots that make a learning comfortable.
