Eligibility Criteria
Candidates shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of the various Masters’ Degree programmes if they have obtained at least 55 percent marks in aggregate (50 percent for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates), in the Bachelors’ degree in Building Engineering or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering or Building Science or Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent, or Five-Year Diploma in Construction Technology from a recognized University or an institution established by an act of Parliament or State Legislature.

Admission to Masters’ degree programmes is affected through a multi-stage process to select applicants based on their: Performance in the qualifying examination, Portfolio of work, Personal Interaction with the programme faculty and/ or written test, Interest and motivation for the chosen study, Work Experience and Valid GATE/ CEED Score.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
