24 MonthsM.Tech. (Biotech) Genetic Engineering is a two-year postgraduate programme that deals with the study of direct manipulation of an organism's genes using biotechnological techniques. The programme draws focus on topics like molecular genetics, immuno-biology, recombinant DNA technology, pharmacogenomics, stem cell technology and others.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech. in Biotechnology Biomedical Engg. B.Pharma with minimum 60% marks.
M.Sc. in Biotechnology Agriculture Genetics Molecular Biology Physiology Life Sciences (Botany Zoology Biochemistry Microbiology Medicinal Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks. GATE/NET qualified students shall be preferred.
For International Students - The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the pre-requisite subjects for admission in to the desired program.
