520+for general category students 

410+for sc category students

395+ for st category students

And 476+for bc category students

Based on your profile and rank, you have low chances of getting into JNTU or Andhra University. However you have decent chances of getting a seat in SV University as their last year cutoff was around 4000 for BC-D category. Other colleges you can choose from are:

sorry, aspirant you cannot go through the college because your rank is not apt for that..according to the previous years cutoff the rank for hiring into ece must be 17190 for the sc category,,so you cannot get into, but you are apt for the computer science engineering ,...so go for

Yes you can get the seat in SV university in that rank. The closing cutoff rank is around 1000 but you clearly qualify the exam and eligible to get a seat at that college.
