As per MCI regulations, you can get admission in only those foreign universities which are recognised by MCI. Go to the official website of MCI and check that weather Osmania University is recognised by MCI or not.

After completing your degree, you have to appear in a examination conducted by MCI.

Only after passing that examination you can practice in your country.

Hello Aspirant, your rank is 3000 in AP EAMCET.  And you are SVU region. There is good chance of geeting the seat in the Veterinary seat. Because for the SVU region and BC-A category form Non.-Former cutoff is 6906 for GEN and 7394 for GIRLS.

The fee of SVU college is around 20000 rupees per year. By looking atyour rank i can say you will get a free seat that is scholarship with tha rank of 135 in eamcet. The only thing you have to pay is for hostel and mess.
