In 2018, under State Quota, 427 marks secured a seat in GMC, Anantapur under BC Category. Wih exaxtly 427 marks, you are in a tight spot. But you have a chance in Santhiram Medical College which is a Private Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. We are not sure about government college MBBS seat, but you can surely get a BDS in government college.
Apart from this you will get admission into any private medical College.

Very bad infrastructure no basic laboratory equipments, all equipments are only allowed to use by staff, as of July 2024 laboratories are under construction, maybe it is developed in upcoming years...

This college is located in the middle of city. We have the emergency medical services. All the necessary infrastructure and facilities are there. Wifi, smart boards, geysers, acs are a few of them. Hostel food is very delicious.
