VLSI & Microelectronics:  M. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with specialisation in   VLSI Design & Embedded System is a two-year programme designed to make students excel in the developing field of   VLSI Design & Embedded System. The programme curriculum is focused on   VLSI Design & Embedded System design including algorithms, hardware description, languages, system architectures, physical designs, verification techniques, simulation & synthesis, low power design techniques, and mixed mode design methodologies.

Under this programme, students gain knowledge about various topics that cut across different domains, starting from the lowest level of physical devices to the top level of application development.
